Our Podcast; Yoga Uncorked.

A passion project with the beautiful Jean Noonan of Alchemy School of Yoga, inspired and driven by our love of all things Yoga.

We are lifting the lid or un-corking Yoga.... Get it?!

With Yoga UnCorked myself and Jeanie are keen to demystify and weave through all parts of the Yoga practice and ‘yoga lifestyle’ with humour, respect, honesty & sarcasm whilst keeping it PURE CORK like.
We are having such a skit with it and have gotten some amazing feedback from people all over the world.

I guess the Cork humour does translate!

We swear, we are sarcastic, if you are the Yoga police leave now...
However, we are both head over heels in love with the practice of Yoga as it has changed our lives.
